Jul 6, 2010 Full Review Up | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Cosmo Landesman Times (UK) A hugely enjoyable work, whose care, craftsmanship and creative courage are rarely found in mainstream films - animated or otherwise. Rated: 4/5 Oct 16, 2009 Full Review Up | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Ian Freer Empire Magazine If it had lived up to its golden first five minutes, Up would have been the film of the decade. As it is, it remains the best animated flick of 2009, a funny, moving, beautifully made argument that dreamers can move mountains. Rated: 4/5 Oct 9, 2009 Full Review Up | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Cory Woodroof For the Win (USA Today) Pete Docter is one of the best directors in animation history for a reason, as his second film is a definitive work in the medium. Mar 1, 2024 Full Review Up | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Sean Axmaker Stream on Demand ... a film of whimsy and wonder, mixing Jules Verne imagination with the bubble-gum colors of a children’s picture book and Pixar’s trademark bouncy humor, all stirred with memories of childhood dreams. Nov 18, 2023 Full Review Up | Rotten Tomatoes (6) Brian Eggert Deep Focus Review Pixar’s clarity of purpose astounds. Flawlessly evocative, the film’s joys are so very joyful and the saddening moments ever so tender. Rated: 4/4 Sep 5, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Nick R Incredibly emotional and touching and written with such lovable characters. 'Up' is an absolute Pixar classic filled with heart and big laughs that everyone can enjoy. Seriously though, if you don't like this movie, I might be inclined to believe that there is something seriously wrong with you. It will not just tug, but relentlessly pull on your heartstrings. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/14/24 Full Review TROY S One of the best pixar movies of all time along with Toy Story and so many more. Fun for the whole family. It will make you cry and laugh. Great story score and acting. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/11/24 Full Review Dom Z Absolutely untouchable. Few animation movies have accomplished what UP has... Emotion stirring from beginning to end, and compelling enough to grab the attention of all ... Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/11/24 Full Review Artin S One of the greatest mainstream films ever. Rated 4.5/5 Stars • Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 10/01/24 Full Review Sam N I'm always struck by how much jeopardy and peril there is in modern family films. Not that it's a bad thing... But I was also the child who had to be taken out of the cinema during 101 Dalmatians, Pinocchio, and Bambi. Rated 4/5 Stars • Rated 4 out of 5 stars 09/29/24 Full Review Ohad R A delightful movie! It manages to blend into one narrative a story about a couple that grows old together, friendship between a grumpy old man and a young kid, jokes about dogs, and more. Definitely well done by Pixar.
